World Public Media is partnering up with two major agencies, to help develop a self sustaining and completely green Hi Rise building, The First of it's kind, using techniques not used in traditional building methods and incorporating them into the clean and renewable source. Tepco Corporation out of Japan will be providing 5 massive Generators to power this massive structure, Located in the sub basement where the Nautel AM FM And TV Transmitters will be housed, This massive state of the art facility will not only house Tepco's products, But other agencies such as those who are helping develop solar paneled windows. This is where the building will get it's power from in the day time to help charge and generate power for the night time hours and during a natural disaster such as earthquake or other form of disaster.
